Every order is important to us because we know how important it is to you. We do our best to please every customer with beautiful flowers and accommodating service. Because we constantly seek ways to bring some of these variables under our control for improved floral performance, we welcome your comments and inquiries. We strive to be "your florist", and we work hard to win your business.

Ordering During Holidays

Our store and delivery hours may vary for major holidays. To help ensure on-time delivery, always place your orders as soon as possible. Following are some of the holidays that often face limited delivery slots:

  • Valentine's Day
  • Administrative Professionals Week
  • Mother's Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

Same Day Delivery: If you order before 12:00 pm in the recipient's time zone, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Friday. For orders going outside of our local delivery area, we may require the order to be placed by 10:00 am for same-day delivery. For same-day service on Saturday please order by 9:00 am.

Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time.

Delivery Times: Normal delivery times are 10 am-3 pm daily for orders. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we operate extended hours.

Funeral Homes: We know that funeral arrangements are very important to you. When placing an order for a funeral or memorial service, please provide as much information as possible; location, time of service, time of visitation, etc. If you are unable to obtain specific details, we suggest placing your order for delivery to the home of the family. We deliver to funeral homes based on the information you provide. Specifics of private services are often unavailable to us, so we ask that you provide as much detail as possible.

Canceling an Order: Same-day orders are processed immediately. We are unable to cancel or change orders.

Recipient May be Contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to notify them of their delivery.

Recipient Refusal of Delivery: If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you will be held fully liable for the purchase.

Card Messages: The message that you write in the Card Message field is the message that is sent with the gift. We do not include any billing information with your order. We also will not make changes to spelling or grammar. The card will be sent with the information you provide. No profanity is permitted.

Fresh Flowers: At TG Designs we are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations.

Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. . Containers for plants will be as close as possible.
